			TOPSTAR makes use of complete cycle postforming lines which include numerically controlled machines integrated with CAM processes. The production cycle is made up of the following areas: Two postforming lines for the production of strips A postforming line for continuous thin laminate Area for automatic squaring/edging of the elements Routing/drilling area Final testing and inspection area R & D and design centre Production capacity is roughly 4,500 linear metres (equal to approx. 2,700 square metres) per day, achieved through the use of advanced technology and a highly skilled workforce.
		The machinery used comes from such reputable names as Gabbiani, Celaschi, Sergiani Stefani, Morbidelli Olimpic, IMA and RBO. Furthermore, TOPSTAR continually seeks out technological innovations and processes which will enable it to cater for the most wide ranging demands of its clientele.
